What is your return policy?

Since all LuxifyHQ products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns unless the item is:


  • Defective

  • Incorrectly sent

  • Severely damaged during shipping

If you qualify for a return:

  • Please contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and your order number

  • Our support team will assist you with the return steps

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
