If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery and provide:
A clear photo of the damage or issue
Your full name and order number
Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Note: Minor wrinkles or creases due to shipping are not considered damage.
