My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. At LuxifyHQ, we take quality and packaging very seriously.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery and provide:


  • A clear photo of the damage or issue

  • Your full name and order number

  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Note: Minor wrinkles or creases due to shipping are not considered damage.
