Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

Because every item at LuxifyHQ is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted if your order has not yet entered production.

Production begins within 12–24 hours after your order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If your item is already in production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We strongly recommend reviewing your details carefully before placing your order to avoid issues.
