Do I have a right of withdrawal (return)?

Under UK and EU consumer law, customers typically have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Since all LuxifyHQ items are made-to-order, we are legally not required to accept returns unless:

• The product is defective

• You were sent the wrong item

• It does not match the product description

By placing an order, you agree that you waive the general right of withdrawal under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
