At LuxifyHQ, all items are made-to-order and customized for each customer. Therefore, returns and cancellations are limited to specific cases.
✅ Eligible Return Cases:
Product is defective or damaged during shipping
Wrong item was sent
The item does not match the product description
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
Change of mind
Incorrect size due to missing or inaccurate customer measurements
Any custom-made item without defect
Return Process:
Contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery
Provide photos and explanation
Our support team will evaluate and approve/deny the request
If approved, return the product to our designated address (shipping cost paid by buyer unless defect-related)
Refunds:
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
