What is your return and refund policy?

At LuxifyHQ, all items are made-to-order and customized for each customer. Therefore, returns and cancellations are limited to specific cases.

✅ Eligible Return Cases:


  • Product is defective or damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item was sent

  • The item does not match the product description

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size due to missing or inaccurate customer measurements

  • Any custom-made item without defect

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery

  2. Provide photos and explanation

  3. Our support team will evaluate and approve/deny the request

  4. If approved, return the product to our designated address (shipping cost paid by buyer unless defect-related)

Refunds:
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
