Where can I check the status of my order?

To check your order status:

1. Log into your LuxifyHQ account

2. Go to “My Orders”

3. You’ll see the status (Processing, In Production, Shipped, etc.)

Once shipped, your tracking number will be available there too.

Can’t log in? No worries — just contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
